lunch or snack at our own, poolside, Tiki Bar .
Parrot Cove Lodge
(Formally Known as Pleasure Cove) The restaurant has
recently been expanded and is now the only air-conditioned restaurant in the
Hopkins Beach area. A specialty at the resort restaurant is the offering of
pibil, a local delicacy similar to the Hawaiian luau where food is marinated
and wrapped in tinfoil, then cooked over a hot rock fire.
