Almond Beach Belize  There are several options for your dining pleasure. A full service dining room is available to our guests at our sister resort Jaguar Reef. Meals are served on the covered patio overlooking the beautiful, blue Caribbean Sea. The menu is changed daily and features a mix of Caribbean specialties and American fare. Fish and seafood are caught daily by local fishermen. Other options include a lunch or snack at our own, poolside, Tiki Bar .

Parrot Cove Lodge (Formally Known as Pleasure Cove) The restaurant has recently been expanded and is now the only air-conditioned restaurant in the Hopkins Beach area. A specialty at the resort restaurant is the offering of pibil, a local delicacy similar to the Hawaiian luau where food is marinated and wrapped in tinfoil, then cooked over a hot rock fire.

The Inn at Robert’s Grove Located directly on the beach, overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Our North American trained chef Frank DaSilva, is responsible for turning out internationally acclaimed cuisine, served daily in our Seaside Restaurant. Frank's creations span the world with favorites influenced by Caribbean, Latin American, Mediterranean, and Pacific Rim traditions. All baking is done on the premises. We also have the only temperature controlled wine cellar in Belize.
